Simple advice that really works to naturally well-treat, prevent, or cure almost every negative health condition!

Here’s the simple advice:

  • Eat 7-10 servings of raw vegetables a day
  • Drink enough water daily (depends on your weight)
  • Get enough sleep (7.5 – 9 hrs)
  • Aerobic Exercise (around 30 minutes daily)
  • Be happy and stress-free

Most people who are unhealthy don’t do most of these things…in many cases (if not the majority of cases) this advice works as well as or even better than modern day medicine (of course, consult your doctor)!

Now into more detail as to how these things work to well-treat, prevent, or cure almost every negative health condition:

Many parents tell their kids that “PE is just a waste of time” when in reality physical exercise is more useful for improving health and survival than the majority of courses in school. I remember I was a lot healthier in middle school than in high school because PE was required in middle school, in high school only one semester of PE was required.

Paleo Diet Weight Loss Experiment

So I decided to try a paleo diet for weight loss.

A Paleo Diet basically means no grains, legumes, starch, or dairy. You eat mostly vegetables, meat, almonds, and occasionally fruit.

I decided try a Paleo Diet for a month (with no exercise) and record everything, here are my results:

Start Date: 07/23/2013
End Date: 08/23/2013

Start Weight: 187.4 lbs
End Weight: 174.4 lbs
Weight Lost: 13.0 lbs
Percentage of Body Weight Lost: -6.937%

Following the paleo diet was quite difficult since grains, legumes, dairy, and starch are  basically everywhere in modern society. What I did was eat mostly salads with meat everyday.

Conclusion: The paleo diet seemed to work to help me lose weight, though I find it difficult and impractical for most people to follow.

Since there are many different variables and factors involved in losing weight and these variables change from individual to individual I’m not sure how effective at losing weight a paleo diet will be for you personally.

It seems that a lot of fat is caused by unnecessary carbohydrates and glucose, which a paleo diet eliminates.

Next up later on after my other experiment (which I’m currently working on) I’m going to try to figure out a more effective weight loss solution by studying chemistry and biology.
